You will be joining a leader within Real Estate and one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies, as well as one of the Best Companies to Work For in 2024. They are a globally recognized organization that is looking for a Residential Rental Leasing Manager to join their team.

Your New Role

As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee the marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members for a brand new development in downtown Toronto. This building is a state-of-the-art new build with around 300 units.

You will be responsible for actively participating in the leasing process, supervising and managing the property’s leasing team members whilst ensuring the achievement of the revenue and occupancy goals. You will use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue. Review and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performance. Oversee the lease renewal program and the communication process.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To succeed, the successful candidate will possess at least 3-5+ years of experience in a residential rental leasing capacity, ideally in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Any experience with a residential new build is a huge plus. You will have a strong marketing understanding and be proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong customer service orientation.

What You'll Get in Return

In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary between $65k - $75k based on experience + $250 lease. The role is set with 3 weeks vacation, benefits, RRSP & additional offerings.
