With three laboratories and two mobile units, JM Test offers rapid turnaround times, meticulous service, and opportunities to advance within a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in rental coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build client relationships.
• Proficient with inventory management and order processing software.
• Able to travel occasionally for onsite assessments and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rental process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and collection of rental equipment.
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify and fulfill rental needs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking equipment availability and status.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure all rental equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use.
• Assist in preparing rental contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor rental schedules and deadlines to optimize equipment usage and minimize downtime.
