ISHIR is seeking a detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer with strong Elementor experience to join our growing team. You’ll build and maintain websites and ad landing pages using Elementor, within templates and systems while ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accuracy across all builds.

The role is execution-focused, with opportunities to improve processes over time and grow into more advanced development responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with WordPress.
• Strong hands-on Elementor experience including responsive design.
• Understanding of mobile-first design and page structure.
• Knowledge of WordPress concepts: themes, plugins, CPTs.
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar tools.
• Ability to translate designs into functional builds.
• Basic CSS for layout and styling adjustments.
• Attention to detail and clean, consistent work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build new websites and ad landing pages using Elementor.
• Maintain and update existing sites within templates.
• Adapt layouts within established templates as needed.
• Implement and manage CPTs and custom fields.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first builds across devices.
• Translate Figma designs into accurate page builds.
• Apply consistent spacing, layout structure, and design standards.
• Troubleshoot layout, styling, and plugin issues.
• Collaborate with design, ads, and account teams.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
