Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a Wealth Sales & Service professional to understand client needs and provide tailored investment guidance in a fully remote role across Canada. You will advise clients on wealth-building strategies, manage transactions, and work toward sales targets while staying compliant with regulations.

The successful candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, a post-secondary degree, and fluency in French and English, with knowledge of BMO InvestorLine products and ongoing

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree desirable
• Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services
• Completion of CSC/CIRO licensing; time-bound to become fully licensed
• Bilingual in French and English; strong verbal and written communication
• Understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide wealth and investment-related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects
• Advise customers on wealth and investment strategies and products that meet customer objectives
• Meet sales targets and manage all transactional outcomes of customer contacts
• Identify referrals to other business groups as needed and handle escalations when required
• Maintain knowledge of investment markets, industry trends, and regulatory environment to inform customer conversations
