Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Inventory Administrator for a fully remote role. You will manage inventory records across multiple distribution points, conduct audits, and generate reports to support operational decisions.

Ideal candidates have proven experience with WMS and MS Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication to collaborate with warehouse teams while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Inventory Administrator, Inventory Clerk, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel for data management.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with warehouse staff and management.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Process inventory adjustments, including receiving, transfers, and cycle count variances.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Generate regular inventory reports, including stock levels, aging inventory, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Support the implementation and adherence to inventory control policies and procedures.
