Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Inventory Administrator, Inventory Clerk, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel for data management.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with warehouse staff and management.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Process inventory adjustments, including receiving, transfers, and cycle count variances.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
