Job summary

Executrade is facilitating a Vice President of Engineering search for a client in the natural gas and energy sector. The role focuses on providing technical leadership, developing engineering capabilities, and guiding the organization’s engineering function.

The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, align engineering priorities with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement across projects and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; P.Eng. designation in Canada preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience and track record leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering engineering strategy and projects within budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering function and develop technical direction for the organization.
• Define and execute engineering strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget with proper governance.
