Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in investment banking or direct investments or co-investment structuring/syndication.
• Strong transactional experience in private markets.
• Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to assess complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of new investment products and capital solutions for Renewable Power and Transition.
• Structure and negotiate equity capital solutions including co-investments and joint ventures.
• Lead investor outreach and manage relationships with institutional partners.
