Job summary

East Coast Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Virtual Branch Specialist at a flexible location across Nova Scotia. You will respond to inquiries, provide advice, and deliver solutions to members via virtual channels including telephone, email, live chat, and more.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and growth in a progressive financial organization. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales and service experience, completed a Business certificate/diploma, and may benefit

Qualifications

Completed a certificate or diploma in Business (or related field).
Minimum 1-year sales and service experience, preferably in the financial industry and/or contact centre environment.
Superior customer service and business development skills.
French language proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and deliver advice and solutions to members via all virtual channels (phone, email, live chat, SMS, website).
Identify member needs and refer to appropriate products and departments.
Receive calls and manage digital inquiries; support sales and service initiatives per goals.
Assist the branch network by booking in-person and telephone appointments and recording requests.
