Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with the public, government personnel, transcriptionists, and clients.
• Familiarity with programs like Access, Word, PDF, and Excel is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Input important information into spreadsheets for each audio recording, transcriptionist details, and delivery.
• Download and check new jobs for correct audio and time estimates.
• Review transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
• Receive, review paperwork and audio, and track requests in the system.
• Assign work to transcriptionists and upload results.
• Review received transcripts for completion and create PDF documents.
• Assist with processing court transcription orders and related duties.
