Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a detail-oriented TMF Coordinator to join our TMF Operations team in a fully remote capacity in Canada. You will maintain compliance and completeness of TMF documentation, support inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional study teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in TMF management, knowledge of eTMF platforms (Veeva Vault, Phlexglobal, Trial Interactive), and strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents and milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in clinical trials TMF management.
• Working knowledge of eTMF platforms and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial document management and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TMF structures (paper and electronic) and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA regulations.
• File, classify, and index TMF documents with proper version control and naming conventions.
• Perform QC checks on TMF documents and metadata; resolve missing or inconsistent records.
• Support inspection readiness, audits, and TMF health checks.
