Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a detail-oriented TMF Coordinator to join our TMF Operations team. You will maintain quality, completeness, and compliance of TMF documentation aligned with global regulatory requirements and company standards, ensuring inspection readiness for clinical trials.

You will manage TMF content across paper and electronic systems, apply ALCOA+ data integrity, and support cross-functional stakeholders in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in TMF management or clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of eTMF platforms and regulatory requirements.
• Remote working experience.
• Attention to detail and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TMF content for completeness and compliance with ICH‑GCP, FDA, and EMA.
• File, classify, and index documents with proper version control.
• Perform TMF QC checks and resolve missing or inconsistent records.
• Support inspection readiness, audits, and health checks.
• Collaborate with study teams to gather needed TMF documentation.
