Job summary

Shift Collab Inc. is seeking licensed therapists for a contractor role, with availability evenings and weekends. You will build a personal caseload while the company handles billing, scheduling, and onboarding.

Remote-friendly with the option to work from home and set flexible hours, you’ll focus on delivering high‑quality virtual care and client relationships. You’ll contribute to a supportive, women‑led team that values diversity, equity and inclusion, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or Counselling Psychology, registered as an MSW RSW or RP.
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Reliable internet and a private workspace.
• Strong virtual therapy skills and comfort with telehealth platforms.
• Specialized experience (e.g., trauma, perinatal, mood disorders, ADHD, gender-affirming care, relationships) and certification in evidence‑based modalities.
• Additional languages are a strong asset.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to working with a diverse client base.
• Long‑term partnership.
• Professional references and a Vulnerable Sector Check required for all successful candidates

Responsibilities

• Show up consistently and run effective Meet & Greet sessions to convert prospects into long‑term clients.

What we need from you is a partner in that effort: someone who shows up consistently, runs excellent Meet and Greet sessions, converts those into long‑term clients, and builds the kind of trust that keeps people coming back. We do the heavy lifting on visibility and ops.

Billing, scheduling, client intake admin, tech, EMR, and back‑office support, all covered. Plus marketing initiatives that spotlight your specialties and bring clients your way. Your time goes to clinical work and client relationships.
