Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or Counselling Psychology and MSW RSW or RP registration.
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Reliable internet and a secure, private workspace.
• Strong virtual therapy skills and comfort with telehealth.
• Specialized experience (trauma, perinatal, mood disorders, ADHD, gender‑affirming care) and certification in evidence‑based modalities.
• Additional languages are a strong asset.

What we need from you is a partner in that effort: someone who shows up consistently, runs excellent Meet and Greet sessions, converts those into long‑term clients, and builds the kind of trust that keeps people coming back. We do the heavy lifting on visibility and ops.

Billing, scheduling, client intake admin, tech, EMR, and back‑office support, all covered. Plus marketing initiatives that spotlight your specialties and bring clients your way. Your time goes to clinical work and client relationships.
