Job summary

Dexcom Canada is seeking a Territory Business Manager to serve Montreal East and Abitibi from a home office. You will promote Dexcom CGM products to physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other diabetes care providers, training staff and supporting prescribing decisions.

The role requires 5–8 years in medical/pharma sales, a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–8 years' related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in medical/pharma sales strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of diabetes field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence and support prescribing CGM physicians, nurses, and other clinicians.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and events.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the territory.
• Collaborate with market access and sales teams to grow territory sales.
• Aim to meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement strategy and monitor progress using Dexcom analytics tools.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
