Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive CGM adoption across Canada. You will partner with physicians, pharmacists, and health professionals to broaden Dexcom's market share and achieve district KPIs, while training staff and collaborating with market access teams.

The role requires 50-75% travel and a flexible schedule. Typical background includes a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in medical or pharma sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of related experience in medical/pharma sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Diabetes knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence prescribers and healthcare professionals to promote Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals on product usage and integration into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at trade shows and diabetes events regionally and nationally.
• Collaborate with market access and sales teams to drive territory growth.
• Meet or exceed territory sales goals and KPIs.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
