Petal is seeking a Technical Program Manager to strengthen and operationalize our program-management model across Product & Technology. You will lead releases, manage dependencies, risks and delivery alignment across multiple software teams, working with the Director and cross-functional groups.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help us strengthen and operationalize our program-management model across Product & Technology.
The foundations are already in place. Your mandate will be to help us complete the implementation, simplify where needed and ensure the model works effectively across our software teams.
You will work closely with the Director, Program Management and teams across Product, Engineering, Platform, IT, Security, and Product Operations, with a strong focus on release execution, cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery alignment.
