Job summary

The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda seeks a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator for high-volume data entry and transactional hiring support. You will handle Workday and ServiceNow workflows, review requests, maintain records and ensure confidentiality of candidate information.

This is a temporary, remote role prioritizing accuracy, timeliness and adherence to procedures. You will escalate complex questions and coordinate with HR and hiring managers to keep seasonal hiring on track.

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources, business administration, office administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review ServiceNow requests for completeness and track status.
• Enter and update candidate, job, and organizational data in Workday.
• Process routine seasonal hiring transactions and monitor for completion.
• Validate data across ServiceNow and Workday to identify issues.
• Monitor queues and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collect and file required hiring documentation with accuracy.
• Communicate with hiring managers and candidates for updates.
• Maintain trackers and provide status updates to leadership.
• Document system errors and escalate policy questions when needed.
• Handle candidate information securely and in compliance with privacy rules.
