Job summary

QUANTEAM - North America (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to stabilize and evolve our software factory services across international teams. You will own CI/CD adoption, automate workflows, and implement robust monitoring in a cloud-enabled environment.

The role collaborates with stakeholders and application teams within a Follow-The-Sun model, ensuring secure and scalable platform operations while fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git and monitoring tools.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with software factory tools in development or administration.
• Strong autonomy and ability to lead meetings with users and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, track progress, and communicate delays.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and evolve the software factory’s services and tools.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and automation initiatives across the organization.
• Improve monitoring practices and define KPIs (SLOs/SLAs/SLIs).
• Collaborate with internal and external teams in a Follow-The-Sun model.

The role is focused on supporting, maintaining, and evolving the software factory’s services and tools within an international environ

The consultant will contribute to platform stability, CI/CD adoption, automation initiatives, monitoring practices, cloud platform evolution, and knowledge sharing across

teams.
The position also requires close collaboration with users, stakeholders, application teams, and international teams within a Follow-The-Sun support

model.
