Job summary

AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking a campaigns and bookings coordinator to drive email and SMS marketing for available facility time, pickup games and registration opportunities. You will create segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history and engagement, and adapt brand assets into mobile-friendly emails.

You will monitor deliverability, set up welcome and follow-up flows, test journeys, and report on enquiries, paid bookings and repeat participation.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations
• CRM and email/SMS platform experience (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Comfort with spreadsheets and reports to measure conversion and bookings
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games and offers.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Manage quotes, respond to inquiries, and close bookings in coordination with operations.
• Maintain accurate game listings and track registrations and waitlists.
• Coordinate with hosts and venues to ensure game details and support.
