Qualifications

• Experience administering contracts on major projects.
• Proficient with EPC/EPCM and service agreements.
• Experience with contract amendments and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts throughout the execution phase, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Support contractor mobilization, performance monitoring, and contract closeout activities.
• Manage contract changes, amendments, variations, and commercial correspondence.
• Review and track contractor deliverables, milestones, commercial commitments, and performance metrics.
• Support claims management, issue resolution, and dispute avoidance activities.
• Assist with commercial risk identification, mitigation, and reporting.
• Partner with project and construction teams to ensure contractual requirements are implemented.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial reports, documentation, forecasts, and management updates.
• Support governance processes and ensure commercial documentation remains accurate, auditable, and up to date.
