Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2 years with a master’s degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Proven background in implementing processes, workflows, and capabilities.
• Familiarity with all phases of the SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective.
• Experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and discovery session facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization change management consulting and advisory services.
• Optimize HR processes on the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and manage training planning.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and manage End User training planning.
• Engage in stakeholder management and facilitate requirements gathering.

• Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and other business analysis/management consulting and advisory services.
• Optimize HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Facilitate implementation of processes, workflows, and capabilities.
