Job summary

Aequilibrium Software Inc. is a Canada-based digital banking and software engineering leader delivering modern banking solutions for credit unions.

We seek a Senior QA Automation Engineer/SDET to design and maintain automated testing for web and mobile banking apps, validate end-to-end workflows, and ensure production readiness. This remote, Canada-only role focuses on building robust automation frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD, and collaborating with developers, BAs, and client teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software testing or quality engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on test automation development.
• Experience testing financial services, banking, credit union or other transaction-intensive applications.
• Strong API testing skills using tools such as Postman, REST Assured or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests for web and mobile banking apps.
• Validate digital banking workflows and core banking integrations.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, CI/CD, and release readiness with quality metrics.
