Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow and SaaS implementations. This position is 100% remote and requires 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in a government sector. The successful candidate will coordinate project teams, engage with stakeholders, and manage project lifecycle processes using ITIL, PMP, and ADKAR frameworks. Strong experience with ITSM, cloud migrations, and relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in crown-corporation or government sector.
• Experience delivering projects for ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and SaaS implementations.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables and budgetary requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate and lead project teams in a collaborative environment.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
• Support development of project management procedures and tools.
