Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America seeks a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead and optimize delivery across North America, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and scalable operations. The role guides auditors, technical experts, and project managers in a dynamic, remote-enabled environment.

The position reports to senior leadership and is based remotely with offices in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (as listed).
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ISO management system audits and ICT assurance services.
• Experience leading an audit delivery function with people leadership.
• Strong operational and project management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across Canada and USA.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for ISO/IEC standards and related ICT assurance services.
• Lead and manage the ICT delivery organization including auditors and project managers.
• Establish clear expectations for auditor performance and customer experience.
• Own workforce capacity and delivery improvement.
• Serve as executive delivery sponsor for major ICT clients.
• Contribute to leadership and development of the business.
