Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sr FP&A Manager to lead the finance planning and analysis for the Power Management Systems division. You will build FP&A processes, reporting, forecasting, analytics, and management routines to deliver timely and actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
7+ years of FP&A or related experience with increasing responsibilities.
Experience leading or managing a finance team.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and modeling skills.
Ability to build/improve FP&A processes and operating models.
Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and drivers.
Excellent business partnering and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the FP&A function for the division across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Own monthly/quarterly forecasts including revenue, gross margin, OPEX, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow.
Partner with leaders to develop actionable forecasts and business plans.
Develop financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
Provide timely analysis of performance vs plan and identify risks/opportunities.
Drive FP&A process improvements and a scalable operating model.
Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain and Engineering to understand business drivers.
