Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience leading or managing a finance team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Willingness to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish FP&A function for the Power Management Systems division.
• Design FP&A processes, reporting, and KPIs.
• Lead annual operating plan, budget, and long-range planning.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting, including EBITDA and cash flow.
• Partner with business leaders to develop realistic forecasts.
• Drive data-driven decision making and improve financial visibility.
