Job summary

Emploive is seeking a senior content designer to craft clear investing content, explaining options, margin trading, futures, and other complex concepts without oversimplification.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers from early stages to shape direction and user experiences, using AI to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in content design or UX writing at senior/staff level.
• Ability to learn complex topics and communicate them clearly.
• Experience using AI to increase impact or improve workflows.
• Experience creating content standards and integrating guidelines into a design system.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute detailed content work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make thoughtful decisions quickly.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other professionals.
• Strong collaboration and listening skills with a user-centered approach.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance for consistent messaging.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Portfolio with at least three case studies showing how writing and design improved user experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the content design voice for investing experiences, making complex concepts understandable without oversimplifying.
• Write, edit, and structure product content for both first-time investors and experienced traders.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers from early stages to shape direction and user experiences.
• Influence product decisions through content strategy, research, and clear communication.
• Use AI throughout the product lifecycle to increase productivity and impact.
• Develop content standards, templates, workflows, and guidelines for consistency.
