Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in multiple locations seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee Phase I–IV clinical trials across local, regional, and global scopes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timelines, budgets and quality targets are met.

The role requires a life-science degree, at least five years of clinical pharma project management, and thorough ICH/GCP knowledge. Travel domestically and internationally is expected, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• University/college degree life science preferred or related allied health certification
• Minimum of five years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience including project management tasks
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; valid passport and driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead core project team members and facilitate leadership of extended project teams
• Coordinate cross-unit and cross-functional activities with internal and external partners
• Define and manage resource needs with functional leads and contingency plans
• Design, implement, and track project plans to meet time/quality/cost targets
• Promote teamwork and resolve conflicts within the project team
• Communicate project-related updates to PM management and stakeholders
