Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing site management, monitoring and data integrity across global studies. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration with investigators and sponsors.

This remote role supports operations from Canada, with travel as needed; you will coordinate training, tools, and stakeholder communication to drive study milestones and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required; related field considered.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams across international settings.
• Experience in site management, monitoring, and risk-based monitoring preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Reviews study scope, budget and protocol content; ensures team awareness of obligations and parameters.
• Escalates risks to timeline, quality, and budget; provides mitigation strategies.
• Interacts with investigators and site staff; may accompany CRA team members for observations or conflict resolution.
• Coordinates training, resourcing, and access to CTMS and other monitoring systems; ensures audit trails and data integrity.
