SafelyYou is hiring a SecOps Engineer to own technical execution, hardening, and lifecycle management of internal platforms within the EIT security operations function. You will lead security assessments, SIEM design, and log pipelines while driving automation and AI-enabled incident response.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations with a shift to security operations.
• Experience configuring SIEM platforms and managing log aggregation and alerting.
• Hands-on experience with automation scripts or AI-driven security tooling.
• Deep knowledge of securing cloud environments, IAM, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical execution, systems hardening, and lifecycle management of internal platforms.
• Lead security assessments, vendor coordination, and remediation tracking.
• Design and manage SIEM capabilities and log pipelines for visibility.
• Use automation and AI to streamline incident detection and reduce false positives.
• Develop runbooks and documentation for seamless handover to Support.
• Collaborate with IT Support to ensure enterprise-wide resilience.
• Serve as first triage point for security findings and DevOps escalations.
