Job summary

The Government of Manitoba's Digital and Technology Services team is seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to lead infrastructure efforts in a large-scale ERP environment. You will ensure system stability, performance, and security while guiding a team of administrators.

Key responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional ERP teams, troubleshooting, reporting to stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in SAP BASIS administration.
• 7+ years in business/system analysis and solution architecture.
• 7+ years with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other modules.
• 7+ years with Sybase/ASE and Microsoft Office tools.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience in large ERP programs and public sector.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
