Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a SAP Basis Team Lead based in Canada to direct technical operations across a global SAP landscape. You will lead teams, partners, and service providers, ensuring secure, scalable SAP environments including S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, Cloud ALM, and Identity Services.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, IAM, and applications teams, govern transports and changes, and drive ERP transformation during a technology modernization program. Travel to U.S. locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years SAP Basis/technical administration in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years in team/leadership roles.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience; S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition or RISE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Basis function and manage internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, Cloud ALM, and related SAP technologies for reliability and security.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security across development to production environments.
• Coordinate cloud tenant provisioning, release schedules, patching, and upgrades with vendors.
