Job summary

Aurora Cannabis Inc. is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to support Sage X3 across Supply Chain, Finance, and Inventory. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to ensure accurate financial representation and smooth ERP operations in a remote Canada setting.

The role emphasizes system configuration, testing, documentation, and collaboration with vendors to resolve complex issues. A strong ITIL/COBIT background and experience with ServiceNow are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in application support and system analysis.
Extensive experience with ERP (Sage X3).
Strong understanding of IT operational process and control frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
Experience in publicly traded organizations and robust IT general controls.
Experience with enterprise ITSM (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Provide ERP application support for Supply Chain and related modules.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate financial representation.
Coordinate with vendors and support teams to resolve complex issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
