Job summary

All First Nations Jobs is seeking a senior ERP Analyst for a finance distribution consultancy. The role focuses on setting up ERP accounting systems, including chart of accounts, ledger accounts, company set up, journal entries, dimensions, and intercompany transactions, with Sage as the deployment environment.

Duties include client requirements, system design, testing, implementation, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ERP system consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in finance or IT.
• Ability to converse comfortably in English.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify and document ERP requirements.
• Analyze processes and design customized ERP solutions.
• Develop, test and implement ERP configurations across Sage environment.
• Coordinate with business units and IT teams during deployment.
• Ensure data integrity and successful cutover during go-live.

Includes setting up ERP accounting systems vis-à-vis chart of accounts, ledger accounts, company setup, journal entry transactions, dimensions, auto- journals, business partners, intercompany transactions, payments, taxes, AP/AR parameters fixed assets and closing processes.
