Job summary

Aurora Cannabis Inc. is seeking a Manager of ERP Systems to guide end-to-end ERP (Sage X3) operations.

You will lead the IT team, align systems with business needs, and drive design, integration, and continuous improvement of ERP tech across finance, planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics. Responsibilities include governance, vendor coordination, data governance, and risk management to maintain scalable ERP operations, with emphasis on cost control and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8–10+ years in IT leadership with ERP focus (Sage X3).
• Experience overseeing global, regulated ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies to support ERP goals.
• Lead IT team with a focus on high performance and growth.
• Guide integration and optimization of ERP technologies and bolt-ons.
• Partner with ERP, finance, logistics, procurement to define requirements.
• Lead architecture, design, and deployment for GL, AR, AP, inventory, and logistics.
