Job summary

TLS is seeking MomentMakers to join a remote team in Canada. You’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help, connecting via phone, email, or chat and guiding them to helpful solutions. We value real conversations over automation. You'll need empathy, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, with evening and weekend availability. Compensation ranges from CAD 16.35 to 19.35 per hour.

• Experience in customer service is an asset; genuine care for others counts most.
• Must be located in Canada and able to work remotely.
