TLS is seeking a MomentMaker® to be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help. This remote role is based out of London, Ontario, with weekend and evening availability to support our North American brands. You’ll connect with customers via phone, email, or chat, schedule appointments, and share helpful information while listening with empathy to find the best solutions. We value trust and care while recording details and following brand guidelines.
