Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Ontario is seeking a Portfolio Solutions Specialist. This home‑based role involves building relationships with key radiology customers across Central Ontario, driving MRI/CT sales, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to execute brand plans and optimize portfolio adoption.

You will manage CRM data, support pricing and product strategies, and travel within the territory as needed to grow market share in CT, Angiography and MR modalities.

Qualifications

• MRT preferred; Bachelor's (or technical) degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related MRI or CT experience with exposure to medical device/pharma industry.
• Experience in sales and radiology/diagnostic imaging is essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets with focus on retention of market share and growth within CT, Angiography and MR modalities.
• Execute against Brand Plan Activation and defined sales process to grow sales within the account list.
• Deliver value to customers while coordinating with SAM, Clinical Success Specialist, Medical and Marketing resources.
• Diligent CRM data maintenance, analysis and value extraction for customers.
• Manage pricing metrics, volume discounts and product portfolio metrics for selected accounts.
• Grow and maintain relationships with key customers regionally and support other regions as needed.
