Job summary

Spiria is seeking a QA Analyst to join a collaborative team across Canada. The role focuses on planning, executing, and refining software testing across projects, ensuring thorough quality assurance and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English), detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced with manual testing, API testing, and Agile SDLC. Flexible work options include remote, hybrid, or in-person arrangements, with strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
User-oriented perspective with strong problem-solving.
Experience with manual testing and test case development.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools: Azure DevOps, Xray for Jira.
Experience in API testing and Agile/SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

Review business requirements and project documents to ensure test coverage.
Develop testing strategies and identify tools to optimize QA activities.
Create a complete QA validation cycle and update testing plans as projects evolve.
Run test scenarios and document defects found during testing.
Share QA knowledge to harmonize processes and define best practices.
