Jobgether SRL is seeking a QA Lead Engineer based in Canada to define and drive quality assurance strategies across multiple products and platforms. This fully remote role combines hands-on test automation with technical leadership to deliver reliable software.

Qualificações

• 6–10 years of software testing experience, incl. 3+ years in QA Lead or similar leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• API/backend testing with Postman and RestAssured.
• Performance testing with JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or k6.
• Familiarity with Jira and TestRail.
• Strong test strategy, automation architecture, regression testing, release validation.
• Analytical and organizational skills; proactive and quality-focused.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the end-to-end QA strategy including automation and release validation.
• Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers with technical guidance and growth support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure testability and quality objectives.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to minimize regression risks.
• Develop and oversee performance, load, and security testing strategies.
• Evaluate and standardize testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Establish data-driven testing with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead defect triage meetings and coordinate release testing.
• Promote a quality-first mindset across engineering teams, driving testability.
