Sailor Health is hiring a remote Provider Support Coordinator to support our provider network across Canada. You will field real-time calls and emails, troubleshoot tech issues, manage caseloads, and build relationships to empower clinicians delivering care.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized with airtight follow‑through.
• Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Sound judgment on urgency and ownership.
• Warm, empathetic communicator in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider email support and be the first contact for inquiries.
• Answer provider calls in real time and handle issues as they arise.
• Track open items through to resolution with up‑to‑date records.
• Proactively support provider network by checking in and identifying needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to providers with warmth and solutions.
