Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives in the SaaS space. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization, coordinating remote teams of engineers, designers, PMs, and QA testers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in SaaS/software development.
• Proven success leading complex digital transformation and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically in the SaaS or software development industry.
• Proven experience managing complex digital transformation initiatives and new product launches.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and their practical application in SaaS development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
