Job summary

NORR seeks a Project Manager to plan and manage projects to ensure that all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. You will use your interpersonal and leadership skills and must have an understanding of project financials to determine the necessary resources required for successful project execution.

In addition, you will provide leadership to a multi-disciplined team, monitor project performance, and forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management is required.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and forecasting revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures for deliverables including drawings and specs.
• Maintain client relationships and manage changes to scope.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and authorities as needed.
• Monitor project progress and forecast revenue.
