Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering complex digital transformation programmes.
- Strong Salesforce delivery experience.
- Extensive data migration experience across sizeable programmes.
- Background within the energy / utilities sector.
- Experience managing post go-live activities, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a digital transformation programme.
- Oversee and manage data migration activities, ensuring successful transition and data integrity.
- Coordinate post go-live support, hypercare, and operational readiness activities
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Ensure benefits realisation and smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
