Job summary

MNP is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements in energy, utilities and infrastructure. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, build trusted client relationships, and deliver practical recommendations across asset-intensive sectors and the public realm.

You will drive asset management, capital project delivery, PMO transformation, and governance improvements while mentoring junior staff and shaping transformation roadmaps for clients in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or related roles.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements and executive-ready analyses.
• Strong understanding of asset-intensive organizations and capital planning.
• Facilitation, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose actionable recommendations.
• Experience with asset management, PMO, regulatory affairs, or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from planning through delivery, including scope, planning, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Manage project teams, budgets, risks, and client expectations.
• Lead current-state and maturity assessments, roadmaps, and implementation planning.
• Advise clients on asset management, capital planning, PMO, governance, and performance.
• Lead supply chain, procurement, inventory, and vendor management engagements.
• Design interviews, working sessions, and executive readouts with clear findings.
• Develop reports, presentations, business cases, and roadmaps for clients.
• Contribute to proposals, market research, and pursuit strategies.
