gaiia is hiring a Program Manager, Customer Implementations for a fully remote role in Canada. You will own end-to-end customer implementations, guiding ISPs through data migrations, provisioning workflows, and platform setup while coordinating across product, engineering, and success teams.

Qualifications

• Led complex projects with technical teams and customers.
• Experience with external calls and managing expectations.
• Strong relationship management under pressure.
• Ability to distill complex projects for executives.
• Understanding of software delivery and product dependencies.
• Experience with AI tools to improve project management workflows.
• Familiarity with agile tools (Linear, Notion).
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation for new customers from scoping to Go Live.
• Be the main contact during onboarding - driving timelines, setting expectations, and keeping everyone on track.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, from day-to-day operators to executive sponsors.
• Create and maintain project plans that clarify deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams.
• Identify product dependencies and flag risks early that could affect Go Live.
• Coordinate with product, customer success, customer solutions and engineering to unblock issues.
• Provide executive-ready status updates and keep project information organized.
• Develop AI-powered PMO practices and dashboards.
