Job summary

Luminultra is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the Relay user experience and help shape our digital product ecosystem. You will work with Product Management, Software, Client Experience, Marketing and technical teams to translate complex scientific workflows into intuitive experiences.

The role focuses on establishing scalable design systems, UX standards, and usability improvements while contributing to customer documentation and product labels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or related field.
• Ability to deliver shipped digital products with strong visuals and usability.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, product, marketing).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience for Relay and transform goals into intuitive workflows.
• Partner with Product Management and Software teams to translate design intent into high-quality experiences.
• Establish scalable design systems, reusable components, and accessibility best practices.
• Lead onboarding and UX improvements using feedback, usability testing and product insights.
• Maintain customer-facing documentation and product labels for clear information architecture.
