Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Masters or PhD‑level researchers to join our remote AI training collaboration. You will design and solve advanced problems, contribute to AI reasoning improvements, and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to push model performance.

This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week) and the freedom to work independently while delivering rigorous, publication-worthy work across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in research, publications, or complex technical projects.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and solve advanced problems across academic and professional domains with real-world relevance.
• Apply research expertise to design complex problem statements that challenge AI reasoning.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance.
• Ensure academic rigor, clarity, and depth across deliverables.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects spanning mathematics, sciences and engineering.
