Outlier invites English-speaking researchers to help train AI models through live conversations, image and video comparisons, and detailed, evidence-based reviews. This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours to fit your schedule from anywhere.

A screening and onboarding process may include an English check. You’ll rate outputs on realism and usefulness, write concise explanations in English, and help ensure high-quality data for AI training projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field or related discipline.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Providing a concise, evidence-based written explanation in English describing what you observed.
